Job Description
- • Develop and execute strategies to grow, retain, and activate users; drive continuous DAU (Daily Active Users) growth.
- • Design user growth and referral mechanisms (such as invitation systems, community seed user programs, and incentive schemes) based on the platform’s positioning and product type.
- • Lead the creation of content operation features, including comment systems, leaderboard, topic/community engagement, and influencer programs.
- • Work with the product team to define and launch key user-side features (such as mission center, user ranking system, user level system, etc.).
- • Analyze user data to identify growth and conversion opportunities; deliver targeted operational strategies.
- • Plan and manage major platform campaigns, and measure performance outcomes.
- • Coordinate with marketing, design, tech, and other teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- • Monitor competitors (especially user feedbacks/reviews, content-commerce platforms/apps, and community marketplaces) and provide insights for strategy refinement.
Requirements & Qualifications
- • Bachelor’s degree or above, with 5+ years of experience in platform product operations.
- • Proven track record in managing operations for platforms with 100K+ DAU. Preferred strong background in lifestyle services, local services, content-commerce, or transactional communities.
- • Solid understanding of user growth strategies, with hands-on experience building user ecosystems and viral growth from 0 to 1.
- • Deep familiarity with content operations (building UGC systems, community topic mechanisms, and influencer programs)
- • Strong data sensitivity and analytical skills to support data-driven decisions.
- • Fluent in English, with the ability to work closely with international teams.
- • Able to work on Dubai’s time zone and manage remote collaboration with strong self-motivation.
- • Preferred experience in startup or fast-paced environments
Salary & Compensation
Annual Salary: $25000-50000
