Job Description
To support our team, we are searching for a Payment Analyst (f/m/d) to be based in our Milan office.
WHAT YOU WILL DOAnalyze transactional data to identify trends, patterns and scenarios related to online paymentsUtilize statistical analysis and data visualization tools to present findings effectivelyManage, monitor and control online payments volumes and costs, online payment platforms and systems performancesGenerate regular reports on payment processing metrics and KPIs as well as ad hoc analysis aimed to support C-Level decisionsIdentify areas for improvement and recommend strategies for enhancementAssess and mitigate the operational risks, conduct checks on payment integrations, acquirer integration, analyze incidents and solve processing issuesCollaborate with IT, Finance, Fraud Prevention, Customer Care, Legal etc. to ensure operational excellence is achievedWork with product development teams to implement data-driven improvementsInteract with the external financial and payment stakeholders to find business opportunitiesManage the relationship with our partners in the Online Payments Industry
Requirements
WHO YOU AREStrong analytical and data driven background is required as well as precision and attitude toward problem-solvingProficient knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Power BI is mandatoryDegree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering is preferred.
Economics and Business backgrounds are also welcomeExcellent level of written and spoken English and Italian2+ years of experience in a similar position within a structured organization in the e-commerce business, advisory or system integration consultancy will be a plusUnderstanding of payment processing, acquiring, orchestration platforms, fraud management and antifraud tools is preferred
