Job Description

• . Oversee the company's legal affairs and handle all legal matters arising during the company's operations to ensure legality and compliance, including sales and procurement contracts.
• . Lead the drafting of various legal documents and provide professional and effective solutions for legal issues emerging in the company’s operations, aiming to reduce legal risks. This includes reviewing packaging and promotional materials for compliance with relevant policies.
• . Carefully review all kinds of legal instruments and contracts involved in the company’s operations to ensure compliance with legal requirements. This also includes overseeing the legal aspects of drug composition patent usage and ensuring that all agreements are properly executed to avoid defaults and other issues.
• . Resolve any legal disputes that occur during the company\'s operations, using professional legal knowledge to safeguard the company’s rights and interests, particularly concerning pet food/medicine market access and compliance.
• . Participate in the negotiation and review of major contracts, conduct legal assessments, and draft relevant contract texts to protect the company's legitimate interests in major business collaborations.
• . Address basic compliance issues related to labor law and corporate governance, ensuring that all operations are in line with regulatory requirements.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree or above in law or related fields.
• Must have more than 5 years of legal work, with relevant experience in the pet supplies or FMCG industries.
• Strong independent working ability.
• Fluent in English.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Excellent team spirit and ability to collaborate actively in a team.
