Customer Service Chat Support Representative (100 Percent Remote - Non-Voice) at GERASYS Inc in Remote (full-time)

GERASYS Inc. is seeking a dedicated, full-time Customer Service Chat Support Representative to join our international remote operations team. This is a 100% non-voice position with zero phone calls.

In this role, you will deliver fast, high-quality text-based assistance to global customers across live chat channels, email ticketing queues (Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom), and web messaging. You will resolve account inquiries, order tracking issues, and billing questions while maintaining a high customer satisfaction benchmark.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage real-time inbound chat requests and ticketing queues with fast, accurate responses.
• Assist customers with account verification, order tracking, and general platform inquiries.
• Accurately document case notes, customer sentiment, and resolutions within CRM software.
• Escalate complex issues to Tier-2 technical support teams when necessary.
• Participate in scheduled quality assurance calibration reviews and ongoing product training.

• Fluent written English proficiency (B2 level or higher) with excellent grammar, spelling, and tone.
• Typing speed of at least 40–45 WPM.
• 0 to 1 year of experience in customer support, live chat, or data entry (fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome).
• High School Diploma or secondary school equivalent.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 15 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload).
• A dedicated, quiet home workspace.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week across flexible rotational shifts.
