Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant who is proficient in handling journal entries and Tally operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting tasks, ensuring accurate financial records, and supporting smooth financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate accounting records in Tally software.
• Prepare and post journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable.
• Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Support audits and coordinate with external auditors when required.
• Monitor cash flow, bank reconciliations, and vendor payments.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance.
• Proven work experience as an Accountant (minimum 1–3 years preferred).
• Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime and MS Excel.
• Strong knowledge of journal entries and accounting principles.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
