Job Description
- • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
- • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit for the role.
- • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders.
- • Extend job offers and negotiate employment terms with selected candidates.
Foster strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruitment partners to enhance the candidate experience.
Requirements & Qualifications
- • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
- • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
