Sales Executives at CII Model Career Center in Gurugram, India (full-time)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive to promote and sell educational courses. The role involves counseling students, understanding their learning needs, and guiding them to the right courses while achieving enrollment targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Counsel students and parents about available educational courses and programs

• • Generate leads through calls, walk-ins, referrals, and online inquiries

• • Explain course features, benefits, fees, and enrollment process clearly

• • Follow up with prospective students to convert inquiries into admissions

• • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/enrollment targets

• • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and enrollments

• • Build and maintain strong relationships with students and internal teams

Requirements:

• • Graduate or equivalent qualification (preferred)

• • Prior experience in sales, education counseling, or course sales is an advantage

• • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• • Ability to convince, negotiate, and close enrollments

• • Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to learn

Strong communication skills – able to clearly explain products, persuade customers, and handle objections confidently.
