Objective:
To bridge the gap between youth (especially from low‑income and underrepresented backgrounds) and industry requirements by providing short-term, placement-linked, employability-focused training.
Program Structure:
Duration: 30 days
Curriculum Includes:

- • Digital literacy & basic computer skills
- • Aptitude, soft skills & work-readiness training

Placement Assistance: Every participant receives support to secure jobs aligned to their skills and aspirations
Post‑Placement Support: Alumni mentoring and guidance continue until participants are self-reliant

About Dr Reddy's Foundation
Dr. Reddy’s Foundation’s GROW Youth program is Free employability training initiative aimed at underprivileged youth aged 18–30. It offers 58 days of training in English, digital skills, workplace readiness, and interview preparation. Delivered through physical centers and a digital platform, GROW is designed to align with industry needs and ensure job placements. The program includes career counseling, placement support, and post-placement mentoring.
