Job Description

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts and Administration Executive with 2 years of experience to support our finance and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day accounting tasks, maintain records, assist with HR and office management, and ensure smooth internal processes.

    Key Responsibilities:
    Accounting:
    Maintain accurate books of accounts (Ledger, Cash Book, Journal entries, etc.).

    Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments.

    Handle accounts payable and receivable.

    Bank reconciliations and expense tracking.

    Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

    Support in preparing documents for audits and tax filing.

    Maintain petty cash and daily accounting entries in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar).

    Administration:
    Manage day-to-day office operations and supplies procurement.

    Handle employee attendance, leave records, and other HR admin support.

    Coordinate with external vendors and service providers.

    Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.

    Support event planning, travel arrangements, and logistics.

    Maintain and update employee and company records.

    Requirements

    Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.

    Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.

    Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks).

    Good understanding of basic accounting principles.

    Strong organizational and communication skills.

    Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

    Preferred Skills:
    Familiarity with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.

    Basic HR and payroll knowledge is a plus.

    Team player with attention to detail.
