We are looking for a proactive, precise, and versatile professional to join our team. This role combines project coordination, marketing support, and administrative assistance to the sales team. You will ensure that business operations run smoothly, marketing campaigns are implemented effectively, and sales activities are supported with accurate documentation and logistics. Key Responsibilities
- • o Coordinate cross-functional projects (operations, marketing, sales) and track progress against milestones.
- • o Ensure timely communication between departments and external partners.
o Support project-related purchasing, invoicing, and budget tracking (ERP: SAP Business One)
- • o Coordinate preparation and logistics of marketing events, trade shows, and client visits.
- • o Oversee production and distribution of promotional materials, samples, and digital content.
- • o Regularly update website and social media channels, track performance of digital campaigns.
- • o Liaise with print houses, couriers, and external service providers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- • o Assist the sales team with order tracking, client communication, and reporting.
- • o Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions, sales performance, and inventory.
- • o Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, both online and offline.
- • o Manage calendars, appointments, and workflows of the sales team.
- • o Support preparation of presentations, proposals, and client-facing documentation.
- • o Ensure proper handling of import/export documentation and compliance.
Requirements & Qualifications
- • �� Proven experience in a coordination, marketing, or administrative and project support role.
- • �� Strong multitasking and organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- • �� Proactive problem-solving mindset and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- • �� Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with SAP or CRM systems is an advantage.
- • �� Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hungarian (native or full professional); additional languages are a plus.
- • �� Creativity in producing and adapting marketing content; design skills (Photoshop, Canva, Lightroom) are an advantage.
- • �� Prior exposure to agriculture, manufacturing, or B2B sales environment is a plus.
