Skills & QualificationsExcellent written and spoken English for clear and professional communication with candidates.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.3–5 years of prior experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related HR function.
Knowledge of sourcing, interviewing, and applicant tracking systems.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
