    Talent Acquisition Manager

    We’re looking for an experienced and strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment efforts and help us build high-performing, diverse teams.

    Key Responsibilities

    Develop and execute hiring strategies aligned with business goals.

    Manage full-cycle recruitment across departments.

    Lead and mentor a recruitment team.

    Strengthen employer branding and candidate experience.

    Collaborate with hiring managers on workforce planning and role requirements.

    Use data to track performance and improve hiring processes.

    Promote inclusive and equitable hiring practices.

    Skills & Qualifications

    Excellent written and spoken English for clear and professional communication with candidates.

    Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.

    3–5 years of prior experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related HR function.

    Knowledge of sourcing, interviewing, and applicant tracking systems.

    Strong communication and organizational skills.
