Job Description

About the Position:

We’re looking for a hungry, smart, and reliable SDR / Cold Caller who’s excited to jump on the phones, talk to real decision-makers, and drive opportunities for our clients. This is a full-cycle SDR role with a strong initial focus on outbound dialing, qualifying prospects, and booking meetings

Key Responsibilities:

  • Call outbound leads provided to you no need to build your own lists
  • Use scripts and prompts tailored to each campaign and client provided by us.
  • Handle objections with confidence and professionalism
  • Book meetings
  • Log call activity and lead details into our CRM or client systems
  • Provide daily reporting and updates to the team

Requirements & Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

  • –2 years of experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or call center environments
  • Confident phone presence, strong English speaking skills
  • Ability to think on your feet and improvise when necessary
  • Self-starter, motivated, and consistent
  • Comfortable working remotely and independently

Bonus: Experience selling B2B services, SaaS, or eCommerce solutions

Salary & Compensation

Hourly Rate: $under 10
