Sales Development Representative (SDR) at CompanionVille in Germany (full-time)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our company . This role requires regular travel across Europe to meet prospects, attend events, and build client relationships. You will work with the Sales Manager on outbound lead generation, reach out to potential customers via cold calls, LinkedIn, and email, and schedule meetings for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Work directly with the Sales Manager to reach weekly/monthly meeting targets
• • Communicate daily with potential customers via cold calls, LinkedIn, and email
• • Conduct independent research to identify potential new clients and develop strategies to generate meetings for the Sales Manager
• • Travel frequently within Europe for client meetings, events, and relationship building

Requirements:

• • Must be based in Europe (Germany preferred)
• • Willingness to travel frequently for business development across Europe
• • Ability to work in a travel‑intensive role with regular time away from home
• • Strong command of English (essential)
