Job Description
Witch Garden is a unique floristic café-boutique in Berlin, and we are looking for passionate individuals to join our team as Barista and Bartender.
Your main responsibilities will include:- Preparing high-quality coffee and beverages- Creating cocktails and other drinks according to our menu- Ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere- Keeping the workspace clean and organized- Collaborating with the team to enhance the customer experience
Requirements
We welcome candidates who:- Have at least two years of experience in the hospitality industry- Possess strong knowledge of service standards- Have experience in coffee preparation and cocktail-making- Are passionate about their craft and love working in a dynamic environment- Speak English or German (knowledge of both is a plus)
