Key Responsibilities:

• • Supervise water park attractions, slides, pools, and activity areas to ensure guest safety and enjoyment.
• • Welcome guests and provide clear instructions regarding the use of water park facilities and safety procedures.
• • Assist guests with equipment and answer questions in a friendly and professional manner.
• • Monitor water park areas and respond promptly to incidents or guest concerns.
• • Participate in organizing games, events, and recreational activities.
• • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization throughout all water park facilities.
• • Work closely with other onboard departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• • Follow all company health, safety, and operational standards.

• • Previous experience in water parks, amusement parks, swimming pools, hospitality, recreation, sports activities, or guest service roles is preferred.
• • Experience as a lifeguard is considered an advantage.
• • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• • Positive attitude, energetic personality, and ability to engage with guests of all ages.
• • Ability to work in a fast-paced international environment.
• • Fluent English communication skills.
• • Additional languages are considered an advantage.
• • CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
• • Team player with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
