We are currently seeking motivated and service-oriented candidates to join the Food & Beverage team onboard luxury cruise ships as Specialty Assistant Waiters.

This role is based in specialty à la carte restaurants (including steakhouse, seafood, Italian, and other fine dining concepts) and focuses on delivering high-quality, personalized service to international guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Assist Waiters in providing professional and attentive table service in specialty restaurants.
• • Prepare and set tables according to fine dining restaurant standards.
• • Serve food and beverages efficiently and in line with company service procedures.
• • Ensure cleanliness, order, and organization of the dining area at all times.
• • Deliver personalized guest service and anticipate guest needs.
• • Support upselling of menu items and beverages when required.
• • Maintain high hygiene and safety standards in accordance with company policies.
• • Work effectively as part of an international hospitality team.

• • Previous experience in restaurant service or hospitality (minimum 1 year preferred).
• • Experience in à la carte or fine dining restaurants is highly desirable.
• • English language level B1–B2 minimum (required).
• • German language at A2 level (required).
• • Additional languages are considered an advantage.
• • Good understanding of basic service standards and guest relations.
• • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• • Positive attitude, professional appearance, and willingness to learn.
• • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment onboard.
