• • We are looking for an experienced Assistant Spa Manager to join our international team onboard luxury cruise ships.

This position is ideal for hospitality and spa professionals with strong leadership skills, sales experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest service. As Assistant Spa Manager, you will support the daily operation of the spa, supervise the team, ensure high service standards, and help achieve retail and treatment revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Assist in the daily management and operation of the Spa Department.
• • Support and motivate the spa team to achieve treatment and retail sales targets.
• • Deliver outstanding customer service and create memorable guest experiences.
• • Promote spa services and products in a professional and engaging manner.
• • Monitor service quality and implement improvements when necessary.
• • Maintain stock control and assist with merchandise management.
• • Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety standards.
• • Support marketing initiatives and promotional activities onboard.
• • Assist with spa administration, reporting, and operational procedures.

• • Minimum 3 years of experience as Spa Manager or Assistant Spa Manager on cruise ships or within luxury hospitality environments.
• • Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills.
• • Proven experience in driving sales performance and achieving targets.
• • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• • Fluent English (spoken and written).
• • Fluency in at least one additional language is highly preferred (German, Italian, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese, Russian, or Chinese).
• • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• • Experience in spa operations, retail sales, inventory control, and guest relations.
• • Ability to work in a fast-paced international environment.
