Role Overview
- • We are looking for a Virtual Sales Assistant with experience supporting sales operations and lead generation across European markets.
The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience working with EU prospects and possesses a strong understanding of GDPR, data privacy regulations, and EU sales compliance standards. You will play a key role in supporting outreach activities, maintaining CRM accuracy, managing prospect communications, and assisting the sales team throughout the sales cycle.
- • This is a fully remote, full-time role with international exposure across Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- • Sales Support & Lead Management
- • Identify and research potential prospects across European markets
- • Support outbound sales campaigns through email, LinkedIn, and CRM-based outreach
- • Maintain and update prospect databases and CRM systems
- • Schedule meetings and coordinate sales appointments
- • EU Market Engagement
- • Assist in engaging prospects across multiple European regions
- • Support multilingual and cross-cultural business communications where required
- • Ensure compliance with GDPR and European data protection regulations
- • Follow regional best practices for sales outreach and customer engagement
- • CRM & Administrative Support
- • Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline information
- • Prepare sales reports, presentations, and meeting materials
- • Assist with proposal preparation and follow-up communications
- • Coordinate between sales, marketing, and operations teams
- • Performance & Optimization
- • Track outreach performance and response metrics
- • Support lead qualification and nurturing processes
- • Identify opportunities to improve sales workflows and efficiency
- • Contribute to process documentation and sales enablement initiatives
Requirements & Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- • Minimum 1 year of experience supporting sales activities within European markets
- • Strong understanding of GDPR and EU sales compliance requirements
- • Experience using CRM systems and sales support tools
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- • High attention to detail and data accuracy
- • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Preferred Qualifications
- • Experience within digital marketing, SaaS, technology, or agency environments
- • Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or similar platforms
- • Experience supporting multilingual sales environments
- • Knowledge of European business culture and market dynamics
