Responsibilities:
- • Accurately enter data into computer systems and databases
- • Verify and correct data to ensure completeness and accuracy
- • Organize and maintain files and records digitally
- • Review data for errors and inconsistencies
- • Collaborate with team members to resolve data discrepancies
- • Perform regular backups to prevent data loss
- • Meet daily and weekly data entry targets and deadlines
- • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Requirements & Qualifications
Qualifications:
- • High school diploma or equivalent
- • Strong typing skills (40+ WPM with high accuracy)
- • Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
- • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and basic computer tools
- • Good written and verbal communication skills
- • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- • Prior data entry experience is a plus but not required
