Job Description
- • ��Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- • ��2+ years of experience in business development or B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, ERP, or technology solutions.
- • ��Experience or familiarity with the lighting industry is a strong plus.
- • ��Strong experience in attending and participating in exhibitions and trade shows.
- • ��Must be a Chinese national, living in China, with intermediate English proficiency and willingness to travel for client visits or trade shows.
- • ��Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Requirements & Qualifications
- • ��Identify, approach, and onboard lighting manufacturing companies in China as ERP clients.
- • ��Build partnerships and nurture long-term relationships with key accounts.
- • ��Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for potential clients.
- • ��Collect feedback and communicate market insights to the management team
- • ��Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support client onboarding and retention.
- • ��Represent the company in exhibitions and trade shows, showcasing ERP capabilities and building brand awareness.
- • ��Develop and execute sales plans to penetrate target markets and achieve revenue targets.
