Java Backend Developer (m,f,d) at Eutech Chamber in Remote (full-time)

Your daily tasks:

• • �� Design, develop, and maintain backend systems for HR ATS and CRM using Java and Kotlin, Spring boot & Spring Framework.
• • �� Build robust, scalable, and secure RESTful APIs and microservices using Spring Boot.
• • �� Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, product managers, and DevOps engineers.
• • �� Optimize application performance and ensure seamless integration with front-end components.
• • �� Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry best practices.
• • �� Conduct unit testing and participate in integration testing to ensure application stability.
• • �� Debug and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
• • �� Document technical processes, designs, and system configurations.
• • �� Stay current with emerging technologies and frameworks to continuously improve the development process.

What we are looking for:

• • �� Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• • �� 5+ years of experience in backend development with proficiency in Java and Kotlin.
• • �� Strong hands-on experience with Spring Boot and its ecosystem.
• • �� Solid understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful API design principles.
• • �� Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• • �� Languages with Git or other version control systems.
• • �� Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment practices.
• • �� Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot effectively.
