Java Backend Developer (m,f,d) at Eutech Chamber in Remote (full-time)

Your daily tasks:

• • Design, develop, and maintain backend systems for HR ATS and CRM using Java and Kotlin, Spring boot & Spring Framework.
• • Build robust, scalable, and secure RESTful APIs and microservices using Spring Boot.
• • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, product managers, and DevOps engineers.
• • Optimize application performance and ensure seamless integration with front-end components.
• • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry best practices.
• • Conduct unit testing and participate in integration testing to ensure application stability.
• • Debug and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
• • Document technical processes, designs, and system configurations.
• • Stay current with emerging technologies and frameworks to continuously improve the development process.

What we are looking for:

• • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• • 5+ years of experience in backend development with proficiency in Java and Kotlin.
• • Strong hands-on experience with Spring Boot and its ecosystem.
• • Solid understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful API design principles.
• • Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• • Languages with Git or other version control systems.
• • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment practices.
• • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot effectively.

Position Details & Benefits

Work Mode: Remote

Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 days/week)

Working Hours: 8 hours/day with a minimum of 50% daily activity requirement
