Job Description
Your daily tasks:
- • �� Design, develop, and maintain backend systems for HR ATS and CRM using Java and Kotlin, Spring boot & Spring Framework.
- • �� Build robust, scalable, and secure RESTful APIs and microservices using Spring Boot.
- • �� Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, product managers, and DevOps engineers.
- • �� Optimize application performance and ensure seamless integration with front-end components.
- • �� Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry best practices.
- • �� Conduct unit testing and participate in integration testing to ensure application stability.
- • �� Debug and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
- • �� Document technical processes, designs, and system configurations.
- • �� Stay current with emerging technologies and frameworks to continuously improve the development process.
Requirements & Qualifications
What we are looking for:
- • �� Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- • �� 5+ years of experience in backend development with proficiency in Java and Kotlin.
- • �� Strong hands-on experience with Spring Boot and its ecosystem.
- • �� Solid understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful API design principles.
- • �� Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- • �� Languages with Git or other version control systems.
- • �� Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment practices.
- • �� Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot effectively.
Salary & Compensation
Annual Salary: $under 25000
