    What We’re Looking For:
    Strong English communication skills (written + spoken)


    Comfortable with GoHighLevel or eager to learn fast


    Tech-savvy and resourceful (can figure things out with YouTube/Google)


    Reliable, detail-oriented, proactive — no babysitting needed

    We’re a fast-growing real estate team in Edmonton looking for a sharp, detail-oriented virtual assistant to help us scale. You’ll work directly with the CEO and our small core team to:
    Manage and post content across social media channels


    Build and update simple funnels & automations in GoHighLevel


    Assist with marketing campaigns (emails, newsletters, ads)


    Keep CRM data clean and organized


    Support day-to-day marketing operations that fuel team growth
