Job description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cosmetic Injector with at least one year of hands-on experience in dermal fillers, neuromodulators (e.g., Botox/Dysport), fat dissolving treatments, PRP, and other advanced aesthetic procedures. The ideal candidate is results-driven, passionate about patient care, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume medical spa environment. Strong sales skills and a consultative approach to patient care are essential for success in this role.
- Perform injectable treatments including dermal fillers, neuromodulators, fat dissolving, PRP, and other non-surgical procedures.
- Conduct comprehensive patient consultations, assess aesthetic goals, and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Maintain the highest standards of safety, sanitation, and compliance with medical protocols.
- Manage follow-ups, treatment notes, and ensure continuity of care.
- Educate patients on treatment options, skincare regimens, and long-term aesthetic planning.
- Confidently recommend services, packages, and products tailored to patient needs.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining patient trust and satisfaction.
- Build lasting client relationships through professional expertise and personalized care.
