Aesthetician at Reviveskin Medical Spa in Mississauga, Canada (contract)

We are seeking a results-driven Aesthetician & Sales Consultant to join our growing medical spa team. This dual-role position combines advanced skincare expertise with consultative sales skills to deliver exceptional patient experiences and drive business growth. The ideal candidate is passionate about aesthetics, highly knowledgeable in skin treatments and products, and confident in recommending personalized treatment plans to help clients look and feel their best.

• • �� Perform professional skin care treatments (e.g., facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, and other medical spa procedures within licensure).
• • �� Conduct thorough skin analyses to assess patient needs and recommend customized treatment plans.
• • �� Maintain the highest level of sanitation, safety, and compliance with state board regulations and spa protocols.
• • �� Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, products, and techniques in aesthetics.
• • �� Provide in-depth consultations to educate clients on treatment options, skincare routines, and product benefits.
• • �� Develop and present comprehensive treatment plans to achieve clients’ aesthetic goals.
• • �� Consistently meet or exceed sales targets for services, packages, and retail products.
• • �� Build long-term client relationships through trust, expertise, and exceptional service.
