Insane Staffing is a growing staffing and recruitment agency specializing in connecting top talent with businesses across diverse industries. We are seeking a driven and strategic Sales and Marketing Manager to expand our client base and enhance our brand presence in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to generate new business leads and secure staffing contracts.
Identify and pursue prospective clients in targeted industries (e.g. healthcare, IT, manufacturing, logistics, etc.).
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored solutions.
Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure seamless service delivery for clients.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
Track and report on sales metrics, pipeline status, and marketing campaign performance.
Plan and oversee marketing activities, including digital campaigns, social media presence, content creation, and networking events.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.

Requirements
Proven experience in sales and/or marketing, preferably in the staffing, recruitment, or HR services industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong business development skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strategic thinker with the ability to identify market opportunities and create effective plans.
Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
