Job description
Required Experience:
- Total Experience in Infrastructure sector of 18+ years and above.
- Experience as a Team Leader and/or in a project management position in the last 15 years on at least 2 international water-related technical assistance projects.
- Experience on at least 2 projects in any capacity where candidate was involved in preparation of water feasibility reports and/or detailed design and engineering of Water Supply and Sanitation (WSS) plans on urban water supply projects.
- Experience of working in Cambodia or Asia on at least one completed project which was financed by MDBs or international donor agencies.
Requirements & qualifications
Required Qualification:
- Post Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering/ Management or similar field.
- Demonstrate record of leading project teams, planning, co-ordination and directing the activities of the project team to meet the intended objectives based on the ToR of this contract and ensure timely delivery of the project deliverables.
- Demonstrate knowledge of water supply engineering design, sector planning, institutional analysis, financial management, stakeholder involvement and capacity building.
