German speaking Customer service Inbund (Plovdiv, Ruse, Varna, Sofia or Burgas) at Workster in Multiple cities, Bulgaria (full-time)

Our client is an American leading business process outsourcing company looking for support for the German Team of a worldwide leading telecommunications company.

• • Your Tasks
• • Answer customer’s calls on typical inbound queries such as account & billing or upgrades to their services or other difficulties
• • Solve the client concern in the most polite and effective way possible
• • Once the customer is satisfied with your solution, your goal is to cross or up-sell additional services or products
• • Earn incredible sales commissions based on your performance

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German (C1)

• • Previous CS or Sales experience in an advantage
• • Stress-resistant and target-oriented
• • Able to work in a team-player environment
