Aswe expand our Yield Solutions and SitePlug business, the candidate will be responsible fordeveloping, generating, and growing new publishers, creating innovative monetization solutions,and demonstrating expertise in digital marketing solutions. We are looking for candidates with aproven track record in business development, a strong work ethic, excellent communicationskills, and an understanding of the ad tech landscape, performance marketing, and the affiliatemarketing ecosystem.Roles & Responsibility:•Prospect new publisher opportunities in all verticals, including but not limited to APPdevelopers, PC/Web sites, HTML5, and other resources, that qualify for Yield Solutions and allof its programs and offerings.•Develop and execute strategic plans to grow publisher commissions, drive client revenue, andenhance overall business development efforts.•Lead the expansion and strategic development of new and existing publisher relationships.•You will leverage a combination of analytical skills, negotiation expertise, and in-depthknowledge of the affiliate marketing ecosystem to drive sustainable revenue growth.•Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Pub Success Managers, Marketing,and Product Development, to ensure alignment across all strategies and initiatives.Required Skills:•3+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on publisher management or•affiliate partnerships.•Understanding of fundamentals of digital channels, tracking online consumer behaviour, and•digital technology. Experience in working with CRM systems, e-commerce platforms, or other•marketing/e-commerce tools is considered a plus.•Team-oriented, coachable, and a self-starter, with the ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic,•fast-paced environment.•Proficiency in digital tools and platforms relevant to the performance marketing and affiliate•Space.•English can be used as a working language to facilitate communication across teams and•Regions.•Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
