About Role:

• • We are seeking a publisher alliance manager candidate with expertise in the Target Market. As
• • we expand our Yield Solutions and SitePlug business, the candidate will be responsible for
• • developing, generating, and growing new publishers, creating innovative monetization solutions,
• • and demonstrating expertise in digital marketing solutions. We are looking for candidates with a
• • proven track record in business development, a strong work ethic, excellent communication
• • skills, and an understanding of the ad tech landscape, performance marketing, and the affiliate
• • marketing ecosystem.

Roles & Responsibility:

• • �� Prospect new publisher opportunities in all verticals, including but not limited to APP
• • developers, PC/Web sites, HTML5, and other resources, that qualify for Yield Solutions and all
• • of its programs and offerings.
• • �� Develop and execute strategic plans to grow publisher commissions, drive client revenue, and
• • enhance overall business development efforts.
• • �� Lead the expansion and strategic development of new and existing publisher relationships.
• • �� You will leverage a combination of analytical skills, negotiation expertise, and in-depth
• • knowledge of the affiliate marketing ecosystem to drive sustainable revenue growth.
• • �� Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Pub Success Managers, Marketing,
• • and Product Development, to ensure alignment across all strategies and initiatives.

Required Skills:

• • �� 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on publisher management or
• • �� affiliate partnerships.
• • �� Understanding of fundamentals of digital channels, tracking online consumer behaviour, and
• • �� digital technology. Experience in working with CRM systems, e-commerce platforms, or other
• • �� marketing/e-commerce tools is considered a plus.
• • �� Team-oriented, coachable, and a self-starter, with the ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic,
• • �� fast-paced environment.
• • �� Proficiency in digital tools and platforms relevant to the performance marketing and affiliate
• • �� Space.
• • �� English can be used as a working language to facilitate communication across teams and
• • �� Regions.
• • �� Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
