We’re looking for a reliable and proactive Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support to our remote team and help with scheduling, communications, and general organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
  • Respond to emails and handle basic customer inquiries
  • Perform internet research and compile reports
  • Create and update spreadsheets or documents
  • Manage task lists and send reminders

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
  • Reliable internet and ability to attend video calls when needed
  • Experience with tools like Trello, Asana, or Slack is a plus
  • Previous virtual assistant experience preferred

Requirements & Qualifications

  • This is Part time shift for 4-6 hours and full-time 8 hours.

Salary: $180-$300/Per day

  • Age must be 20 years old and above
  • Flexible Working hours, on experience is welcomed
  • Daily payroll
