Role Description
We are seeking a motivated and career-driven **Trainee Human Resource – Corporate Training Department** to support the planning, coordination, and execution of employee learning and development initiatives across our global operations.
This is a hybrid remote role designed for individuals who have gained initial HR, Learning & Development (L&D), Talent Development, or Training Coordination experience and are eager to build a long-term career in Human Resources. The successful candidate will work closely with HR leaders, trainers, department managers, and international teams to ensure effective delivery of training programs, employee development initiatives, and organizational learning strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- • Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating corporate training programs and workshops.
- • Maintain training records, learning databases, certifications, and employee development documentation.
- • Support onboarding, orientation, and employee learning initiatives.
- • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external training providers.
- • Track training attendance, completion rates, feedback, and performance metrics.
- • Prepare training reports, presentations, and learning analytics for management review.
- • Support employee engagement and talent development projects.
- • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, labor regulations, and training standards.
- • Assist in developing learning materials, SOPs, and training documentation.
- • Collaborate with global teams to support international learning and development initiatives.
Requirements & Qualifications
Essential Qualifications
- • Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Education, Management, or a related field.
- • 10–12 months of HR, Learning & Development, Talent Management, Training Coordination, or related experience in a global or multinational environment; **or**
- • Minimum 6 months of successful experience within our organization/team.
- • Strong organizational, documentation, and administrative skills.
- • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- • Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and stakeholder interactions.
- • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and virtual collaboration platforms.
- • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is an advantage.
- • Understanding of HR processes, employee development practices, and corporate training methodologies is preferred.
- • Knowledge of international workplace standards and compliance frameworks is a plus.
