Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a commercially driven Account Manager with at least 5 years of experience managing client relationships within the EMENA digital industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of strategic accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery, identifying growth opportunities, and acting as a trusted partner to clients across digital marketing, branding, e-commerce, and technology projects.

  • This is a fully remote, full-time role with significant exposure to international clients and leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Account Management
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts across EMENA markets
  • Develop strong executive-level relationships with client stakeholders
  • Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal delivery teams
  • Ensure successful execution of client objectives and project outcomes
  • Revenue Growth & Business Development
  • Identify opportunities for account expansion, upselling, and cross-selling
  • Support contract negotiations, renewals, and commercial discussions
  • Develop strategic account growth plans aligned with client business goals
  • Drive revenue growth while maintaining exceptional client satisfaction
  • Client Success & Delivery Oversight
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations
  • Coordinate with creative, marketing, development, and operations teams
  • Proactively address client concerns and resolve escalations
  • Maintain high levels of client retention and loyalty
  • Market & Industry Expertise
  • Stay informed on digital marketing, AI, e-commerce, branding, and technology trends
  • Provide clients with strategic recommendations and market insights
  • Understand regional business dynamics across Europe, Middle East, and Africa
  • Support business growth initiatives within priority markets
  • Reporting & Performance Management
  • Track account performance, profitability, and client satisfaction metrics
  • Prepare executive reports, forecasts, and account reviews
  • Maintain CRM accuracy and pipeline visibility
  • Monitor KPIs related to account growth, retention, and revenue generation

Requirements & Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Services, or Business Relationship Management
  • Proven experience within the EMENA digital industry
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, technology, AI, or e-commerce services
  • Demonstrated success managing high-value client accounts
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience working with international and multicultural stakeholders
  • Strong commercial acumen and client-centric mindset

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in digital agencies, marketing consultancies, SaaS, or technology companies
  • Experience managing enterprise and strategic accounts
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, Monday.com, ClickUp, or similar platforms
  • Understanding of regional market dynamics across GCC, Europe, and Africa
  • Experience working with C-level stakeholders and senior decision-makers
