Job Description: Data Entry Assistant
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Assistant to accurately input, update, and maintain data in our systems. The ideal candidate will have strong typing skills, excellent attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- • Enter and update data accurately and efficiently
- • Verify data for errors and correct inconsistencies
- • Maintain organized digital records and files
- • Support administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:

Requirements & Qualifications

Education:
- • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- • Associate\'s degree or relevant certification in administration, IT, or data management (preferred)
Experience:
- • Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or a similar role
- • Experience with spreadsheets, databases, or CRM systems is an advantage
Skills:
- • Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 40–60 WPM recommended)
- • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace
- • Familiarity with data management software and office equipment (e.g., scanners, copiers)
Other Requirements:
- • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly
- • Good time management and organizational skills
- • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- • Effective verbal and written communication skills
- • Basic understanding of data privacy standards (e.g., GDPR) is a plu
Salary & Compensation
Hourly Rate: $under 10
