Main responsibilities:
- • Handle customer inquiries and requests via phone, email and chat;
- • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved;
- • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies;
- • Collaborate with different departments.
Job requirements:
- • Fluent level of English and Russian (C1);
- • Excellent soft and organizational skills;
- • Previous experience in the BPO field is a plus.
