Job Description

    Handle incoming calls and emails, ensuring timely and clear communication within the company and with external contacts.Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate production-related appointments.Prepare, edit, and proofread documents, proposals, and production-related materials.Help with travel arrangements, vendor coordination, and on-set administrative needs.


    Requirements

    Previous administrative or assistant experience.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus.
