    Handle incoming calls and emails, ensuring timely and clear communication within the company and with external contacts.

    Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate production-related appointments.

    Prepare, edit, and proofread documents, proposals, and production-related materials.

    Help with travel arrangements, vendor coordination, and on-set administrative needs.

    Requirements

    Previous administrative or assistant experience.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.

    Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus.
