Job Description
Sales Plan Execution: Execute online sales plan according to the sales strategy formulated by the sales manager, and achieve sales targets through various online channels.
Manage Online Channels: Responsible for managing product listing, information update and maintenance of online sales channels such as the company\\\\\\\'s website, social media, and e-commerce platforms, and ensure that product information is accurate and timely.
Customer Communication: Maintain timely communication with customers through e-mail, social media, online chat tools, etc., answer customer questions, provide high-quality pre-sales and after-sales services, and improve customer satisfaction.
Order Processing: Timely process customer orders, including order confirmation, shipment tracking, after-sales service, etc., to ensure that customers have a good experience during the purchase process.
