Chat Sales Agent at KAD in Anywhere, Anywhere (full-time)

We’re looking for a Chat Sales Agent who enjoys connecting with people online. You’ll chat with customers in real time, share helpful recommendations, and guide them toward the right products or services — all while making sure they have a smooth experience with us.

• • Strong written English with a natural, conversational style
• • Experience in customer support, chat service, or sales (BPO background is a plus)
• • Ability to multitask and communicate clearly
• • Reliable computer and stable internet connection
• • Motivated, proactive, and goal-driven

• • Experience with CRM/chat tools (such as Zendesk or HubSpot)
• • Background in international client support or remote work
