Chat Sales Agent at KAD in Anywhere, Anywhere (full-time)

We’re looking for a Chat Sales Agent who enjoys connecting with people online. You’ll chat with customers in real time, share helpful recommendations, and guide them toward the right products or services — all while making sure they have a smooth experience with us.

What You’ll Do

• Chat with customers in a friendly and professional way
• Recommend products/services that match customer needs
• Support inquiries and help guide customers toward the best choices
• Keep chat records neat and organized
• Collaborate with the team to reach goals and keep customers happy
• What We’re Looking For
• Strong written English with a natural, conversational style
• Experience in customer support, chat service, or sales (BPO background is a plus)
• Ability to multitask and communicate clearly
• Reliable computer and stable internet connection
• Motivated, proactive, and goal-driven

Nice to Have

• Experience with CRM/chat tools (such as Zendesk or HubSpot)
• Background in international client support or remote work
